Why every church needs financial stewardship?
Churches have long been a place of hope, healing, and spiritual growth. Yet, in many, there is a silent crisis--financial brokenness. It causes anxiety, broken families, and distracted faith. Many attend church services feeling burdened with debt, living from paycheck to paycheck, unsure how to manage their debt, and not fully aware of biblical principles that bring financial peace. The problem is not a lack of faith; it's a lack of financial discipleship, which is a biblical necessity in today's church.

Tho'mastery, LLC can help inform and equip churches and faith-based communities to honor God with their resources, experience freedom from financial bondage and live generously. Our sessions empower individuals to budget wisely, give joyfully, and plan purposefully --all supported by Biblical doctrine. Financial stewardship is not optional in our Christian journey; it's essential for developing mature, responsible Christians.
How can i afford financial help when I'm already overwhelmed with debt?
I used to think I couldn’t afford financial consultation. The idea of being challenged with debt and spending money to manage it better didn’t make sense to me. But the truth is, I couldn’t afford to go without it. Every overdraft, late fee, high interest rate, and missed opportunities costed me far more. Me accepting financial help facilitated my financial journey and helped me to stop surviving and start thriving. I realized it was worth it in the long run.
I feel ashamed to talk about my finances with anyone
The enemy brings shame, but God gives grace and opportunity. You are not alone! Most of us are uncomfortable with sharing our personal experiences and disappointments with others. Talking about your finances is not a sign of weakness, but of courage and bravery. It means you are serious about being a faithful steward.

We understand and create trust and a safe, judge-free space for full transparency, sharing some of our own disappointments. Our sessions are confidential. The outcome is so rewarding.
How do I forgive myself for mishandling what God has entrusted me with?
Many faithful people wrestle with regret, especially when it comes to stewardship of things like time, talents, money, or opportunities. Confess it to God in prayer. He isn't surprised by your shortcomings, and His grace is already waiting for you because redemption is a part of the stewardship process. Then forgive yourself and move forward with the testimony. Someone is waiting to hear it!
